"Tengo esta compania de Seguro por mas de 18 años y e cambiado mis Carros en varias ocaciones y nunca habia tenido ningun problema hasta hoy, que gracias a uno de sus trabajadores le dijo al departamento de FLHSMV una mentira y me han cancelado mi licencia por culpa de uno de sus trabajadores. Y el costumer services es pesimo. No se que paso con la senora que trabajaba anos atras, Ella si era agradable y siempre llamaba a los clients."

"I have numerous policies for decades with this group and I can’t even get my call returned about getting another policy. Also, I found out I’ve been paying insurance for a property I sold a year ago even though I told them to cancel the policy. Seriously?? I’m a very unhappy client. Now this agency won’t cancel an auto policy even though the person covered no longer has a valid driver’s license!! Run don’t walk away."

"Delayed underwriting processing with wrong information that the policy was not processed (of course after charging me) with no communication whatsoever on the cancelation. Only was aware when a government letter was stating I wasn’t covered and I could lose my driver’s license. After contacting the agency I was informed that was an underwriting mistake which I could not wait to fix and had to get another insurance. I still had another car policy that was bundled and also together with my home insurance. After basically 2 months to finally get a refund; I also got a bill taking the discount away. Which took them 3 weeks in which I wasn’t having answers back via email nor via phone calls. Finally got an answer and they denied waving that bill that was due to their mistake. Never again getting anything on this company and through PETER at all !! Frustrated, fooled, and played by them. Unprofessional and unethical company and representatives."
