"Had to write a letter is addressed directly to State Farm's Executive Complaint Review team, citing Agent Peter Weidinger's agency with core issues. Gabriella providing false account information that blocked payment, failure to follow through on a requested callback, and consistently unprofessional phone conduct including hanging up when asked to identify herself. Ignorance and stupidity cannot be in play at one time, pick a struggle."

"Veron was very bad never called me back even I left him more than three messages they hired my insurance for over $400 on my house Insurance and only I want just explanation for why that happened but nobody cares for that. I can send the insurance all of it with them and I will go somewhere else to someone care about his customers terrible customer service"

"Expensive and terrible service: I was with Peter W’s office for 20+ years. My son’s car was stolen after we owned it for 6 weeks. State Farm was awful to work with in getting a fair market value payout for this car. Second, when working with Peter W’s office as we overpaid for insurance and trying to get a call back, it was terrible. ai finally had to go there in person to get everything done. By that time I was done and changed to All State - James Greco who provided top notch service and pricing. Never again will I go back to SF."
