Expensive and terrible service: I was with Peter W’s office for 20+ years. My son’s car was stolen after we owned it for 6 weeks. State Farm was awful to work with in getting a fair market value payout for this car. Second, when working with Peter W’s office as we overpaid for insurance and trying to get a call back, it was terrible. ai finally had to go there in person to get everything done. By that time I was done and changed to All State - James Greco who provided top notch service and pricing. Never again will I go back to SF.

The worse customers service from a State Farm Insurance representative. We called for a quote for our home insurance. Months past and no returned phone call. I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER.
